We welcome custom Rosary requests.

Custom orders may include personalized choices such as:

Please do not purchase a custom order listing until your design and price have been confirmed with ST by Ayssa.

Custom pieces are created specifically according to the customer's requested design and specifications.

4. Customer Photos

If you provide a photograph for a custom Rosary, you confirm that you have the right and permission to provide and use that photograph for your requested order.

ST by Ayssa will use the photograph to create your custom product.

We will not publicly display or use your photograph for our portfolio, website, social media, or marketing without your express authorization.

Authorization to display a photograph is completely optional and is not required to purchase a custom Rosary.

5. Handmade Products

Each ST by Ayssa piece is handmade with care. Because of the handmade nature of our products, small variations may occur between pieces.

These variations may include slight differences in:

  • Bead shape and size

  • Color

  • Natural stone markings

  • Texture

  • Size

  • Placement of handmade components

Such variations are not considered imperfections but are part of what makes each piece unique.

6. Production Time

Handmade and custom pieces require time to create.

Unless otherwise stated on the product page, custom orders generally require 3–10 business days for production.

Production time is separate from shipping time.

During holidays or periods of high order volume, production times may vary.

7. Orders and Payment

Orders are considered confirmed once payment has been successfully received.

Please review your order details carefully before completing your purchase.

By placing an order, you agree that the information, as the name, shipping address and payment information you provide is accurate and complete.

ST by Ayssa is not responsible for damage caused by improper handling, accidents, or normal wear and tear.
